This Return Policy only applies to products that are listed on any website or mobile application owned or operated by Justool (the "Site") as "Sold and Shipped by Justool".

Replacement Only Return Policy
Items covered by Justool's Replacement Only Return Policy, those products for which Justool states "This item is covered by Justool's Replacement Only Return Policy", can only be returned for a replacement. You must request a return within 30 days of the invoice date.
Consumable Product Return Policy
Items covered by Justool's Consumable Product Return Policy, those products for which Justool states "This item is covered by Justool's Consumable Product Return Policy", cannot be returned to Justool. Consumable products may include, but are not limited to, Printer Ink, Toner Cartridges, CD/DVD Media, Retail Packaged Software, Downloadable Software, Digital Products, Paper Products, Face Masks, Gift Cards, Prepaid Cards, Sim Kits and etc. that are consumed once they are used.
